Cancellation policy
If Voriell offers subscriptions, recurring deliveries, or other recurring purchase options, customers may manage or cancel their subscription according to the terms presented when the subscription was purchased.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing or order-processing date to avoid the next recurring charge.
Orders that have already entered processing or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.
